We’ve been installing, servicing and repairing residential and commercial gas appliances around greater Auckland since 2011.

Owner Leigh Stevens has over 35 years’ experience in the gas industry, both here in New Zealand, working for Rinnai, and before that in the UK, working for British Gas. In 2011, Leigh started Auckland City Gas, where he has serviced, installed and repaired thousands of units around Auckland.

Since 2023, Leigh has been joined by his Son, Alex to make Auckland City Gas a true family run business. While Alex is training on-the-job and in the classroom, Leigh is a fully Certified Gasfitter, Registered Plumber and has his associated Trades electrical qualifications which allow him to work with heat pump and electric hot water systems.

Leigh undertakes regular training to ensure he’s up-to-date with all new developments in the hot water and gas industries.
